And Heavy Metal For Wigan XXV: Internal Conflict

Saturday, 9th October @ 6:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Free
It’s the 25th And Heavy Metal For Wigan event, and time to up the ante with an array of talent from across the country. This promises to be one of the most stacked and hard hitting line ups to date. With headline act Internal Conflict being supported by Hounds, Odysseus, and UnBroken.
Internal Conflict
A crossover of hardcore, thrash, metalcore, and multiple metal sub-genres, it is with great pleasure to bring one of the most seasoned and respected acts on the underground scene. Their longevity and dedication has allowed them to craft an incredible live show, landing them many slots on prestigious festivals such as this years BOA. The band released APORIA earlier this year, an album that encapsulates their unique sound.
Hounds
Coming all the way from the Isle Of Wight, it’s a pleasure to have Hounds on the line up, who have taken the gig on short notice. Fans of Hatebreed and similar bands will appreciate the bands no-nonsense hardcore style. They’ve built a reputation for their live energy and showmanship, and have begun to build a solid reputation in the local area.
Odysseus
The band invaded Bloodstock’s New Blood stage this year, in what was only their third outing! For fans of Spiritbox and Jinjer, expect crushing breakdowns, filthy riffs, and harsh guttural vocals from a band who could go very far in the industry!
UnBroken
From the ashes of various local acts, UnBroken combine many elements of thrash, groove and hardcore styles to provide a solid live show.
Doors open at 6.30pm, entry is free. Bands finish at 10.45pm whilst the venue is still open until late.
Attendees aged 14 and above are welcome so long as they’re accompanied by a responsible adult
