PICNIC BRASS THIS SUNDAY…
LIVE MUSIC. ALL DAY SUNDAY (17th July).
THE SUMMER SERENADE. (10am – 5pm).
A FREE 7 hour showcase of Wigan Council Music Service.
Enjoy 2 stages. Each featuring musical talent. Including: Junior Brass Bands. Guitar, Saxophone and Percussion Ensembles. Choirs. String Orchestras. And the Wigan Youth Jazz Orchestra.
A special Picnic Brass event. On the Lawns to the front of the magnificent Haigh Hall.
Starting from 3.20pm. Part of the visit of The Queen’s (Commonwealth Games 2022) Baton Relay visit to the Borough and the Park. Which enters the Park and commences its journey from the Hall at 3.30pm.
FREE. Fun. Interactive. Children’s Entertainment between 2-4pm.
Taking place in the Walled Garden. Featuring:
Dr Diablo. With his Circus Side Show, Escapology and other dangerous and daring feats.
Malteser the Clown. Comedy Mayhem.
Theatrical Stilt Walkers.
Punch and Judy Shows.
