Taking their name from a 1960’s advertisement for clothing, and from Wigan, Pink Shirts for Pale People formed in the later years of high school under different names before eventually settling on the latter. Having headlined around the UK with shows in Manchester, London, and Liverpool, playing venues like Deaf Institute, Jimmys, 93 feet East, Band on The Wall, Castle, The Old Courts, Phase One, and Jacaranda among others, including a headline slot at Night People in Manchester.
