The Railway Children – Wigan Arts Festival

This enchanting tale follows the fortunes and adventures of Roberta, Peter and Phyllis after they move from London to a house near a railway line in the countryside.
Roberta reads an old newspaper and discovers where their father really is and all the children take part in the adventure of a lifetime.
With heart stopping action ‘The Storytellers’ retell the past as if it were today. Using song, gripping and dramatic action you too will be transported back to the golden age of steam.

Wigan Arts Festival is a a two week multi-arts festival from 30th July – 14th August featuring live music, art, theatre, poetry, comedy, film & family events! The festival aims to bring top notch cultural entertainment to Wigan, and also showcase many local talents!
