Join us for an evening with Leigh’s leaders in sustainability and be inspired to upcycle, recycle, reuse and replenish!

Karen from Love Me Again, Leigh’s Preloved clothes boutique will demonstrate how to reuse and up-cycle preloved clothing to create a luxurious look on a budget. The event will feature an inclusive fashion show and a talk by Julie and Corrie on their own upcycling practices.

Wonderful snacks will be provided by Leigh’s own zero waste shop, The Replenishery

This event is hosted by Julie Mckiernan and Corrie Shelley as part of their installation in the Creating Place II exhibition at The Turnpike Gallery, a project which explores past and current care provision in Leigh and spotlights the stories and people behind it.
