Minibeast Hunt & Clay Creatures
Our mini beast hunt and clay creature sessions at Haigh Woodland Park are suitable for families with children aged 5 and above. An Outdoor Activity Instructor will be on hand to offer instruction and advice. You will have the opportunity to search for bugs in our natural woodland setting and then get creative and model your very own creature from clay. Each week our Engagement Coordinator, Emily prepares a fun (often messy!) activity for little people and their grown-ups to enjoy together. Activities often include painting, clay, collage and drawing, and are designed to encourage self-expression and the development of motor skills.
