Haigh Hall and Haigh Woodland Park is famous in Wigan and further afield for its impressive grounds and woodlands.<\/p>\nOur mini beast hunt and clay creature sessions at Haigh Woodland Park are suitable for families with children aged 5 and above. An Outdoor Activity Instructor will be on hand to offer instruction and advice.<\/p>\n
You will have the opportunity to search for bugs in our natural woodland setting and then get creative and model your very own creature from clay. You could even decorate them using twigs and leaves, or anything you can find in the forest.<\/p>\n
Children must be accompanied by someone over the age of 18 for the duration of the session, but they do not need to purchase a ticket for this event.<\/p>\n
All equipment will be provided for the session. As this is an outdoor activity participants are asked to wear clothing suitable for the weather conditions – a waterproof coat and\/or sun cream and a hat when necessary.<\/p>\n
